Cormorant Self Catering Cottage
Cormorant is a detached bungalow which sleeps up to ten people. Living accommodation comprises an open plan lounge/ kitchen/ dining area with patio door leading out to a raised patio area with outdoor table and chairs and a utility room. There are 2 bathrooms, one has a toilet, basin and electric shower over the bath. The other has a shower, toilet and basin and acts as en suite for two of the bedrooms.There are five bedrooms in all consisting of 3 double bedded rooms and 2 twin bedded rooms. There is also a large slate bed pool table in the living area.
Shop and bank at Ballachulish is 2 miles. Hotel with bar (Ballachulish Hotel ) ½ mile. The Holly Tree Hotel (under same ownership) is a mile and a half away.
Services
Oil fired central heating with radiators throughout. Wood burning stove in lounge. Fuel and Electricity included in rent.
Cot, high chair, colour TV, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer, garden furniture, ample parking. Pets welcome.

Weekly Lettings are from Saturday to Saturday Except Christmas and New Year which for 2010 shall be Monday to Monday.
£150.00 non refundable deposit required at time of booking-We prefer payment by switch, credit card, although we can accept a cheque, we would prefer payment by card
One small pet allowed £30.00 per week.
Cormorant rates include:
- All Bed Linen
- Electricity and Heating (although it doesn’t include Fuel for the Wood Burning Stove)
- Complimentary use of Hotel Swimming Pool and Sauna
We do not offer normally offer Towel Hire for Cormorant but if this is a problem we can arrange this for you.
